If you are involved in a commercial activity, an organised group event, or a competitive event in our forests you will need one of the permits listed below:

Commercial activities

A  Permit to conduct a commercial activity : filming, photography (337 KB)   is required for commercial activities in our forests, such as commercial filming and photography -  Fees apply (435 KB) 

A  Permit to conduct a commercial activity : non-filming (1.9 MB)  is required for commercial activities in our forests, such as tours or commercial horse riding  -  Fees apply (435 KB)

Organised group activities

A  Permit to conduct a group activity  (1.9 MB) is required for organised group activities in our forests such as club rides, weddings, mountain biking, or dog sled races -  Fees apply (435 KB)

Competitive events

A  Permit to conduct a competitive event  (1.8 MB) is required for non-commercial competitive events in our forests such as horse riding and motor vehicle activities -  Fees apply (435 KB)

How do I obtain the proper permit?

Download your permit application by clicking on the relevant link above.

Complete your application and mail or fax it to the address on the form.

Please ensure you have clearly filled out your address, as we will mail your permit to you. (We are unable to fax permits or leave them for collection.)
